    We are Professional plastic optical lenses mold maker, focus on optical mirror grinding, polymer optical lens injection molding as well as optical coating. The optics made by us applied for: projector, projector pen, projector lamps, projection clocks, projection lighters, LED lighting, high power LED flashlights, laser modules, laser pen, laser levels, laser line gauge, magnifying glass, microscope, telescope, camera, cameras, and other fields.   2. High Class injection mod manufacturing qualification are as below:
  3. Import high optical raw material: Zeonex 480R, 350R, 35R, PC, PMMA.
  4. Core &Cavity Steel: S136H,M33, Germany Formadur 2083 ESR,2190 ESR ,Finkl 420 VAR, Formadur PH X supra,
  5. Mold Base: A&B plate always use P20(28~32HRC), Mold base always adopt LKM ;
  6. Heat Treatment : 50~52HRC quenching. Cavity&Core steel always need be hardened to 50~52HRC to gain good polishing requirements.
  7. Surface Finish: SPI A1 or Diamond Turned
  8. Cavities: 2 or 4, or 6,8,16,32;
  9. Injection Runner&Gate: Cold Runner Side gate or hot Sprue switch cold sub runner side gate
  10. Quality: Strict Inspected by each process;
  11. Mold Design: Experienced mold designed always know how to make inserts for the optical lens mold, this can ensure the tooling process are easily meet the final requirement.,such as turning, EDM, Polishing, venting. Each step should be carefully considered to reach the final perfect product.
  12. Cooling system: to meet the optical effect of the molded part, the mold always will need be heated to 90 degree or above
  13. Shrinkage rate for PC and PMMA always adopt 1.005, which is very
  14. “S” shape Runner are common used, dia. ¢3;¢4; ¢5;¢7;bigger diameter are good for melt flow and molding process adjustment.
  15. Draft for mold release are 3~5 degree, bigger draft are good for de-molding since the holding pressure will be very big for good visible product; no sink marks or deformation allowed on optical products.
  16. Ejector pin or part taken out by ejector on runner;
  17. 03-0.05 per side polishing margin, otherwise the mold cavity will be remade.
  18. 3d data need be revised according 2d GD&T, or the dimension will not meet the accuracy on drawing
  19. To trial out before polishing—check dimension—polishing—sampling—electroplating- re-sampling
  20. Transparency material including PC ,PMMA,PET,AS,PPS,PSF;But the common optical material are PC and PMMA;
