Fit, function and small-feature tooling
Build an electronic component mold brief around the features that control assembly and function. GPTMOLD reviews tooling enquiries for connectors, sensor-related parts, small housings and other detailed plastic components.
Identify the dimensions that matter to the assembly, the resin grade and the inspection method. Tolerances and process targets should be agreed for the actual geometry rather than assumed from a general capability statement.
