• DFM Reports(Gating Location, Partingline, Ejector Pin, Slides &Lifters and other special structures ) For customer Approval.

• Mold Flow Analysis ;

• Full 3D Mold Design for customer approval

• Steel ordering approval from customer;

• Order steel, mold base and std. components and submit weekly progress reports;

• Weekly progress reports with digital photos.

• Follow Up mold trial resin and other standard components.

• Mold trial supervision and process validation on site

• 1st Sample Inspection Report submission;

• Manages E/C implementation.
