Each Fixture must be adjusted according the measured result of CMM after assembled,because each components have some minor deviations during processing , so the final assembly have the accumulative tolerance in positioning and height.
CMM is to ensure the accuracy of the checking result, so as to give the proof to adjsut the fixture to the correct situation and so can avoid the defective fixtures.
Coordinate measurement includes fixed point measurements, surface measurement, the projection angle measurement, angle measurement, and Datum hole measurements, etc.
