• Required sample quantity and whether the enquiry covers tooling, molding or both

Agree the review and acceptance scope

Define which optical and dimensional characteristics must be checked, who will perform the tests and which records are needed for approval. Matériau, transmission, surface quality and achievable tolerances require a project-specific agreement; they cannot be established from the listing image.
